CCC-Zertifizierung in China
Als Folge des WTO-Beitritts schaffte die VR China mit der Einführung der CCC-Zertifizierung einheitliche Bedingungen für inländische und ausländische Anbieter für ausgewählte Produkte, so dass die Gleichbehandlung inländischer und ausländischer Waren sichergestellt ist.
Der neue CCC – Standard, kurz für „China Compulsory Certification“, umfasst gegenwärtig 132 Waren, die in 19 Gruppen aufgeteilt sind. Im Laufe der Zeit wird die CCC-Zertifizierung auf weitere Produkte ausgedehnt werden.
Am 1. Mai 2002 wurde die neue Bestimmung bekannt gegeben und sollte zum 1. Mai 2003 in Kraft treten. Aufgrund der hohen Auslastung der zuständigen Behörden wurde dieser Termin jedoch auf den 1. August 2003 verschoben.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt dürfen die auf der Liste aufgeführten Produkte nur noch importiert werden, wenn diese CCC-zertifiziert sind und über ein CCC-Zeichen verfügen.
Es gelten zahlreiche Sonderregeln bezüglich der Lieferungen von Ersatzteilen als auch der Lieferungen für spezielle Nutzungen (durch ausländische Botschaften, Armee, Entwicklung und technischer Prüfung, etc.)
Die Zeitspanne von Beantragung der CCC-Zertifizierung bis zum Erhalt des CCC-Zertifikats beträgt im Schnitt drei Monate. Aufwand und Kosten variieren von Produkt zu Produkt. Die Zertifizierung kann unter www.cqc.com.cn beantragt werden.
